Immigration Manager (South Africa Inbound) Johannesburg
An established professional services environment is seeking an experienced Immigration Manager to lead a team focused on South African inbound immigration.
This is a hands-on role suited to individuals with strong technical expertise in South African immigration processes, combined with team leadership experience within a structured, corporate environment.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience managing South African inbound immigration (work visas, critical skills, intra-company transfers, permanent residence, etc.)
-
Minimum 45 years team leadership experience within an immigration or global mobility environment
-
Background within a corporate immigration firm, professional services environment, or established relocation provider
-
Strong working knowledge of the Department of Home Affairs, VFS processes, and regulatory frameworks
-
Experience operating in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Ability to review work, guide consultants, and manage client relationships at a corporate level
Role Overview:

Oversee a team of immigration consultants handling SA inbound cases

Ensure quality, compliance, and turnaround times across all applications
-
Act as escalation point for complex immigration matters

Engage directly with corporate clients and stakeholders
-
Monitor legislative changes and provide technical guidance

Travel visa consultants (tourist/holiday visas)
