About the Role
Mountain Men Security is seeking an experienced and energetic Security Manager to join our team on farms. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct farm patrols to identify potential security threats
- Maintain firearm competency and adhere to PSIRA regulations
- Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures
- Develop and implement effective security strategies to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless security operations
Requirements
- PSIRA registration
- Firearm competency
- Suitable vehicle for farm patrols (preferably a 1-ton pickup truck)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently in remote areas
Qualifications
- Formal education and/or relevant experience in security management or a related field
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary with a vehicle allowance included to compensate for the use of a suitable vehicle
