About the Role

Hire Resolve, a leading South African private hospital group, is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to design and implement effective marketing tactical plans across its eight facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing brand awareness, and promoting quality medical care to diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Tactical Planning: Design and execute annual marketing operational plans and tactical strategies derived from the Group strategy.
• Governance & Standards: Establish marketing policies, SOPs, and governance structures; ensure compliance with quality standards across all service providers.
