About the Role
An exceptional opportunity for a high-calibre CA(SA) to step into a true business leadership role inside a fast-growing industrial manufacturing company supported by private capital. This is not a back-office finance post. You will operate as a strategic partner to the MD, helping scale the business, strengthen performance, and shape long-term direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Full leadership of the finance function and control environment
- Manufacturing costing, margin strategy, and operational profitability
- Cash flow optimisation and working capital discipline
- Budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial modelling
- ERP and process improvement across the business
- Governance, compliance, and risk management
- Development of a lean, high-performing finance team
- Direct partnership with executive leadership on growth strategy
Requirements
- CA(SA) with strong manufacturing finance experience
- 5 years financial management experience in a manufacturing environment ideal
- Minimum 3 years people management experience.
- Proven track record in operational and costing environments
- Confident leader able to engage at all levels
- Systems-minded, commercially driven, and hands-on
