About the Role

A casino and hotel group is seeking an experienced Multi-outlet Operations Manager to oversee the hospitality / hotel operations within a complex with 4 hotels, large Convention Centre and various f&b outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee hospitality / hotel operations within a complex
  • Manage multiple properties with varying levels of complexity
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across all outlets
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification
  • Solid hotel and operations management experience in 4* hotels as GM of over 12 years
  • Multi property experience at a Senior Executive Level
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Business Management skills
  • Financial acumen and good understanding of company P&Ls

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
