About the Role
The Centurion: Accounts Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance team, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with internal controls. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and capture supplier invoices and customer billing accurately and timeously
- Perform debit and credit entries in line with accounting procedures
- Reconcile accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy
- Manage full debtors and creditors function
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve account queries
- Prepare age analysis reports and assist with collections
- Assist with stock management and reconciliation of inventory
- Capture stock movements, GRVs, and delivery notes
- Liaise with operations to ensure accurate stock reporting
- Manage stock ordering and delivery
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Maintain accurate financial records for audit purposes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company procedures
- Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative duties
- Maintain filing systems (digital and manual)
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
Requirements

- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting / Finance (advantageous)
