Relevant qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
Registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
35 years experience in community scheme or property portfolio management
Strong understanding of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and CSOS regulations
Excellent financial acumen and budgeting experience
Proficiency in property management software systems
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
