Job Description
- National Senior certificate or equivalent to NQF4.
- B.SC or National Diploma in Food Technology of Food Science.
- Knowledge in ISO 22000 and 22002, HACCP, VACCP and TACCP.
- Experience in Grain Milling is an advantage.
- Valid RSA driver’s license with own transport.
- Experience in Internal Audit requirements will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the Management system documentation is documented and maintained according to the requirements of document in data control.
- Ensure compliance to laid down standards regarding product and service quality, food safety, standard operation procedures such as findings, CPA register and records as well as other manufacturing related requirements.
- Ensure that the requirements of the HACCP and ISO 22000 systems are maintained.
- Conduct Internal Audits monthly.
- Ensure key production quality control points are monitored according to Quality Control Plan.
- Monitor the stock levels of the chemical and cleaning products.
- Coordinate the in-house Pest Control Services.
- Monitor all IMTE (Inspection, Measuring and Testing equipment for calibration.
- Review all final product specifications.
