About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Sous Chef to join our luxury private game reserve in the Northern Cape. As part of a high-end hospitality environment, you will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain exceptional kitchen standards and deliver beautifully presented dishes that elevate the guest experience.

Requirements

• Relevant culinary qualification

• Previous experience in a luxury lodge or five star property

• Ability to work well under pressure in a remote environment

• Creative flair and passion for fresh, quality ingredients
