About the Role
As a Fleet Administrator at Motus Corporation, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient administrative support to our team. You will be responsible for executing predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreement.
- Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
- Identify and apply known solutions to operational challenges and escalate unresolved issues.
- Record and report on transactional activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in area of accountability.
- Maintain internal fleet records.
