About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on and operationally focused Site Agent to support the successful delivery of construction projects within a fast-paced site-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of construction works
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation accurately
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to achieve programme targets
- Monitor project progress against construction schedules and report delays or risks
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce site discipline and housekeeping
- Resolve on-site technical and construction-related issues timeously
- Monitor material usage, equipment, and site resources efficiently
- Support cost control through tracking of labour, materials, and productivity
- Ensure adherence to contract requirements and project specifications
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates
- Identify risks early and implement corrective actions where required
Requirements
- BTech / Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in a site-based construction role (building projects preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, methods, and site processes
