Job Description

Role Requirements Qualifications BCom Accounting Degree (essential). Experience Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably within the property management sector. Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and portfolio financial management. Exposure to capital expenditure and contract management. Experience working with property-related financial structures advantageous. Technical Competencies Advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong financial reporting and analytical capabilities. Knowledge of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet). Understanding of GAAP principles applicable to property accounting. Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial planning. Understanding of tax implications in property transactions. Familiarity with property management legal frameworks and lease agreements. Behavioural Competencies Strong financial and business acumen. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong leadership and team management capability. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Effective time management and organisational skills. Ability to drive change and improve processes. Additional Requirements Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Strong ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
