About the Role
Midvaal Recruitment is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee operations, drive sales, and ensure the efficient management of our refrigeration business in Selby, Johannesburg.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, sales, and service delivery at the branch
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
- Manage team, providing leadership, training and performance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Report to Operations Manager
Requirements
- Technical refrigeration product knowledge
- Technical industry knowledge
- Existing network in the industry
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
