About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead operations, drive sales performance, and manage a high-performing team within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive store sales and achieve revenue targets
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to deliver excellent customer service
Oversee stock control, merchandising, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Monitor store performance, analyse reports, and implement improvement strategies
Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability of the store
Handle customer queries and resolve escalations professionally
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

Requirements

Minimum 46 years experience in retail, with at least 23 years in a management role

Strong experience in FMCG or high-volume retail environments

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Solid knowledge of stock control and retail operations

Strong leadership and people management skills

Computer literate (POS systems, reporting tools, Microsoft Office)

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
