About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Creditors Clerk to join our team in the Western Cape region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high volumes of creditor information, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and providing excellent communication with creditors.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading of general creditors
- Reconciliations of creditors
- Payment imports – files preparation and loading on bank
- Loading and allocating payments made on system
- Ad hoc inquiries with creditors
Requirements
- Finance / Accounting qualification
- 1 – 2 years experience
- Financial background
- Analytical with extremely good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of work under pressure
