About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Oudtshoorn, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, particularly in a manufacturing or compliance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse processes and implement compliance systems
• Compile reports
• Implement and monitor compliance systems
• Conduct supplier evaluations
• Participate in audits and food safety compliance initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements

• Minimum of 35 years experience as an Administrative Officer within a Manufacturing | Compliance | Industrial Environment
• Grade 12 qualification
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Administration | Supply Chain
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• ERP Systems (Sage Evolution) – beneficial
