Job Summary
My client is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Group Financial Manager to join their team in Cape Town. In this key position, you will oversee the financial operations of a diverse and international company, driving growth, efficiency, and compliance. Duties:
Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group. Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local accounting standards. Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Coordinate the preparation of statutory accounts. Budgeting and Forecasting Intercompany Transactions Audit and Compliance Education and experience: CA(SA) At least 3 years of experience in a group accounting role Experience with consolidation and intercompany accounting is required
