Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Design and develop comprehensive UEM architectures that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Platform Implementation: Oversee the implementation and integration of UEM platforms, ensuring seamless compatibility with existing IT infrastructure.
- Policy Management: Define and enforce effective UEM policies to maintain data security, compliance, and device performance.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve UEM-related issues, providing timely support to end-users and IT teams.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging UEM technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to enhance our solutions and drive efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UEM solutions architecture, implementation, and management.
- Strong understanding of UEM platforms and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, VMware Workspace ONE).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable UEM solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
