Duties
The capture of invoices
- Matching of Invoices to Quoted Prices
- Matching Invoices to Internal System Generated Purchase Orders
- Ensuring that Proof of Delivery has been vetted to Invoice, GRN Verification
- Resolve Queries
- Ensure Credit Notes are captured
- Updating paperwork and matching to system entries
- Prepare Creditors Recons to supplier Statements for payment approval
- Monthly Creditors System Updates (Legislation and Internal Process)
- Monthly Interwar house Transfers regarding stock movement
- Attend to any Returns from Suppliers
- General Administration and filing
- Management of Company Tools and Equipment
- Assist with Fuel slips
- Manage Off-Cut material
