Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Install, patch, and upgrade SunSystems and Q&A.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to MS SQL Server databases.
- Work with Internet Information Services (IIS).
- Engage in scripting and support data integration efforts.
- Provide expertise in supporting Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Utilize a systematic and analytical approach to troubleshooting.
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload fluctuations.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proven experience with MS SQL Server, including troubleshooting and querying databases.
- Experience in installing, patching, and upgrading SunSystems and Q&A.
- Familiarity with IIS and scripting.
- Understanding of data integration concepts and experience troubleshooting data exchange issues.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Azure Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Infor OS.
- Knowledge of ADFS and Certificate Management.
- Experience with REST APIs and unit testing.
- Proficiency in Java.
- Comfort with scripting and debugging when requested.
