Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail management, preferably in FMCG
- Proven all-rounder experience across various departments
- Knowledge of retail operations
- Computer literate

Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff across all departments to ensure a high level of service and productivity
- Ensure that all customers receive outstanding service and assistance, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure efficient operations, high standards of cleanliness, and optimal product availability
- Create staff schedules to meet business needs while ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies and procedures
- Address operational challenges and customer complaints with effective solutions and escalate issues as necessary
- Manage stock levels and conduct regular audits to minimize shrinkage and ensure product quality
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and team productivity to upper management
Remuneration:
R 12 000 – R 14 000 Basic per month
