Job Summary
Duties:
- Capturing vehicle stock on system
- Floorplan knowledge
- Reconciliation of invoices between Manufacturer & Dealership
- Reconciliation of reconditioning costs and value-added products
- Invoicing of sold vehicles
- Transfer of vehicles between departments
- Processing orders against vehicles in stock
- Costing of sublet orders
- Licensing & registration administration
- General Accounts and Administrative responsibilities
Requirements:
- Min 3 years’ experience in similar role in dealership
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Experience at dealership level in Vehicle Stock Control and Invoicing
- Automotive Computer programmes
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Positive Team member
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Target and process driven
- Strong personality
- Computer Literate and fluent in Microsoft Excel and google
- Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL
