Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all commercial and operational activities for the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of extensive operational experience in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale production facilities and leading diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of the food industry, including supply chain management, sales, and marketing.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, pricing strategies, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and implement effective strategies
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives
