S.MAB Agency, a renowned nursing agency operating countrywide for over 20 years seeks to appoint a qualified and diligent person for this finance position based at its head office in Pretoria, Arcadia.JOB DESCRIPTION / MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:The role involves applying financial accounting/admin skills related to processing and recording financial transactions e.g. quotations, invoices, payments, expenses, credit notes, refunds including effective communication with clients/creditors/debtors/agents/suppliers regarding same. Ultimately the incumbent ensures that the companys accounts receivable and payable and other billing-related financial transactions are well administered, reconciled and recorded.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance / Financial Management / Accounting*Matric / Grade 12 (with commercial subjects)*Computer literacy (Microsoft Office), SAGE One/Accounting and data processing skills *Self-discipline and high level of integrity *Good attention to detail*Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills *Resilience and willingness to work long hours / under pressure *2 years relevant experienceNB: Preference will be given to employment equity candidates residing in or around Pretoria.
