Job Summary
A Dental Practice in Centurion, Pretoria is looking for a skilled HPCSA Registered Dental Assistant to join their Practice permanently. This busy practice requires an exceptional individual to join the team. The ideal candidate must be able to start as soon as possible. The position involves working two days a week (Wednesday and one other day) and two Saturday mornings per month.
Some of the duties would include:
Preparing patients for procedures, assisting the dentist during treatments, sterilising instruments, and maintaining a clean and organised treatment area. Take X-rays, manage patient records, schedule appointments, handle billing and insurance paperwork, ensure infection control protocols are followed, take impressions, assist with lab tasks and provide patients with post-operative care instructions. The candidate will also monitor and restock supplies to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
Working hours:
- 2 days a week the working hours are: 07:00 – 16:00 / 08:00 – 17:00 (depending on the schedule)
- and 2 Saturdays per month: 07:00 – 13:00
Salary:
R8600 gross
Requirements
- Active HPCSA Registration
- Good Communication and People Skills
- Hard-working and loyal individual.
- Computer Literate
- Elixer or any other Dental Software Experience
