Hire Resolve`s client is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist to join their esteemed healthcare team in Kimberly, NC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional to contribute to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patient reactions and progress.
Assist in medical procedures, ensuring optimal use of clinical technology.
Record and maintain accurate patient health information and documentation.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide cohesive patient care.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options and health management.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse qualification with valid SANC registration.
Clinical Technologist credentials are a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in the nursing field, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
Strong understanding of clinical procedures and medical equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends as necessary.
