Oversee and manage day-to-day property management operations. Supervise a junior property administrator. Handle tax and VAT submissions accurately and timely. Contact clients for outstanding payments. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs. Respond to tenant inquiries and ensure tenant satisfaction. Maintain accurate financial records using Sage software. Assist with budget management and ensure property compliance with legal and financial regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management and financial bookkeeping. Strong proficiency in Sage accounting software. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of tax and VAT processes. Excellent communication skills for client follow-ups. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to oversee a junior staff member. Availability for an immediate start. Additional Information: This is a half-day role, offered initially as a 6-month contract, with the possibility of a permanent position. The position is based in Centurion.
