Hire Resolve`s client is a leading mining company based in Gauteng, seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor Engineering Mechanical to join their team. This role involves overseeing mechanical maintenance and ensuring safety and efficiency in mining operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the mechanical maintenance team
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Plan and schedule maintenance and repair activities
- Conduct inspections and assessments of equipment and machinery
- Implement and monitor maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- N4 Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Valid Trade Test Certificate (Fitter, Boilermaker, Millwright, Diesel Mechanic)
- 7 years Shaft, Conveyance, and associated Infrastructure maintenance experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Valid driver`s license
