Job Summary
COFFEE SHOP & KITCHEN MANAGER1.Ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. 2.Bringing/creating the caf customer experience by ensuring consistent, friendly, personal service and thoughtful recommendations, first by the example3.Resolve customer complaints, and ensure that food health and safety regulations are adhered to4.overseeing the daily operations of a cafe, including managing staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring excellent customer.5.Hiring and staff management.6.Coordinate with the staff according to different shifts and confirm the availability. 7.Plan different deals and discounts to attract potential customers.8.Inventory Management; Team Leadership; Scheduling Staff; Coffee Brewing; Cleaning Procedures; Food Safety Regulations; Barista Training.9.Knowledge of inventory control, supplies, equipment, and food production; Skills in leadership, management, employee and performance management10.Manage inventory and order supplies; Hire, train, and supervise staff; 11.Create and manage work schedules; Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.12.Ability to create systems and processes to ensure quality standards are met; 13.Able to develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales; 14.Set and adjust the caf menu and order food inventory accordingly Schedule and supervise servers to assure appropriate staff coverage during hours of operation.15.Hiring and training; Event preparation; Computations; Food
