Other duties include:
- Overseeing financial reporting for various countries within the group
- Managing a team of 5 financial professionals
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS and other reporting standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
- Supporting the business with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Education:
- Qualified CA(SA)
Job Experience & Skills required:
- 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in the finance industry
- Experience in the manufacturing, mining, or construction sector
- Proven people management skills with a track record of leading teams
- Experience in a multinational environment is highly advantageous
