Job Summary
Our client in Dubai is looking for skilled Project Manager who are ready to relocate to the Middle East and join their team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget management.
- Coordinate and oversee all project activities, ensuring effective collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings, documenting action items and following up on deliverables to ensure accountability.
- Monitor project performance, analyzing data and metrics to ensure goals are met.
- Foster a positive team environment, mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their full potential.
