Job Summary

Tasks: Accounting and Finance: Full understanding of the accounting world, Sage, VAT, and tax. Monthly invoicing and debt collection for contract clients. Compilation and upkeep of clients` various businesses` income and expenditure. Debtor and creditor payment tracking. Management of various CoT accounts, miscellaneous accounts, and COD accounts. Assisting various auditors. Administrative

Duties:

Company vehicle license renewals. Property management, including dealing with tenants, insurance matters, upkeep with policy schedules, resolving maintenance issues, and securing contractors for maintenance items. Contract renewals and follow-through. Planning and arranging installation team call-outs and quoting clients. Basic admin tasks such as filing, telephone handling, and managing petty cash. Coordination of outdoor and airport advertising. Working with and updating contracts. Arranging website updates and ensuring timely execution. Additional

Responsibilities:

Learning and integrating the use of Fiverr and Upwork for outsourcing tasks. Implementing and utilizing Chat GPT to streamline and enhance workflow. Required Skills and Attributes: Initiative and a proactive approach to tasks. Trustworthiness and reliability. Extroverted and outgoing personality. Excellent client mannerism and relationship-building skills. A go-getter attitude, ready to take on new challenges.
