Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the business units strategy under the leadership of senior management. Initiate and manage a data and analytics portfolio of use cases that align with the companys strategic objectives. Create business cases for each use case, outlining costs, benefits, and the expected business impact. Execute entity-driven use cases, embedding scaled analytics in strategic and operational projects Data Governance & Quality Management: Orchestrate the implementation and enforcement of data governance policies, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. Oversee data quality management, identifying and resolving inconsistencies, and implementing data cleansing and validation processes. Document data sources, models, and dictionaries while maintaining up-to-date data documentation for future analysis. Ensure data literacy across relevant business units, empowering stakeholders to effectively use data. Analytics Delivery: Introduce and deliver data use cases to enhance customer experience, increase revenue, improve margins, and reduce operational costs. Leverage industrialized analytical models to exploit company data assets and track adoption and usage of these solutions in the market. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., data engineers, solution architects, business domain experts) to deliver end-to-end business solutions. Navigate the balance between automation and manual processes in analytics delivery to ensure optimal value return. Stakeholder Engagement & Evangelization: Support stakeholders in identifying opportunities to leverage data analytics to solve business challenges. Influence teams by presenting data-driven business recommendations and sharing best practices within the analytics community. Engage actively with the data science community to foster collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Strong experience with data governance frameworks. 2-3 years m inimum experience in commercial analytics and data management. Proven experience with SAP , preferably in master data management or a related role. Experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies. Familiarity with data visualization tools and statistical techniques (e.g., MS Power BI, R, Python ) and experience working in cloud environments ( Databricks, AZURE, AWS, Google Cloud ). Experience in leveraging analytical models to drive business value. Experience in the FMCG or Retail industry is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to simplify complex data concepts for business stakeholders. Experience with presenting and influencing non-technical and technical audiences. Experience working in global environments with virtual teams is a plus. Proven experience with SAP . Knowledge of PowerBI, SQL, and Python .
