Job Summary

Requirements:

Matric Tertiary qualification will be an advantage 3-5 years management or supervisory experience essential ICD 10 & CPT coding knowledge Knowledge of Medical Aid rules and Fixed Fee Contracts with funders Knowledge of Private Hospital Billings and guidelines Accounting knowledge Ability to work under pressure!!!! Excellent computer skills Management of entire admin depart of 30+ staff and :- Credit control and queries Case Manager updates Ensure Accurate use of ICD10 & CPT codes Analysis of billing errors Manage Fixed Fee Contracts with Medial Aids Daily and Monthly reporting to Hospital Manager Month end finalisation of files Quotations, Financial risk management and daily banking Auditing of folders exceeding a set value and still more duties (job spec will be shared with candidates prior an interview)
