Job Summary
Minimum
Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 Computer literate be proficient in Excel Experience in logistics in the fruit industry Fluent in English and Afrikaans Attention to detail Strong administrative and analytical skills
Duties:
Validate intakes on export system and check for differences between packhouse and export system Liaising with customers, producers and marketing team with regards to information needed Registering new customers, producers and pack codes on export system Shipping documentation and invoices to customers Assist with loadouts to customers local and exports Monitoring crate and pallet transfers between packhouse and customers Registering shipping claims and follow-up with shipping lines / insurers Signing off creditors invoices and allocating to shipments Consultant: Marezel Erasmus – Dante Personnel Cape Town
