Suppliers:

• Communication and maintain good relationships with the suppliers that provide goods and services to the organization.
• Coordinate subcontracted Logistics service providers to ensure stock is collected and delivered on time

Collections and deliveries:

• Organizing and coordinating collections and deliveries to and from Suppliers
• Coordinate supplier returns – nonconforming stock
• Always provide up to date information to the Stores Team regarding expected collections and deliveries

Call-offs:

• Submit call-offs to all suppliers on a scheduled routine through to ensure Stores required stock levels are maintained.
• Submit Emergency call-offs
• Escalating call-off queries to Purchasing

Job

• Grade 12 (Critical)
• Expeditor (advantage)
• 3 years stores experience
• 2 years Automotive manufacturing environment
• Supplier relationship experience
