Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled IT Manager/SpecialistKey
Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.- Initial triage, investigation, resolution, and prevention of recurrence.- Incident Management – Monitor progress, tackle risks and support ongoing service improvements. – Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.- Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time.- Provide technical support and guidance to staff and end-users at various branches- Monitor system performance and trouble shoot issues as they arise.- Collaborate with branches to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products.- Train staff on IT related products, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- 3 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.- Relevant certifications ( ITIL) Preferred.
