As a Tender Specialist, you will play a critical role in the tendering process, managing the end-to-end process from identifying tender opportunities to the submission of winning proposals. Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities that align with the company`s strategic objectives
- Manage the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure all tender requirements are met
- Coordinate with external partners and subcontractors as needed
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of competitive tender proposals
- Maintain a database of tender documents and ensure proper document control
- Track and monitor tender timelines and deadlines
- Participate in tender evaluation processes and present proposals to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in tendering processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management, preferably in the Engineering Consulting industry
- Strong understanding of tender processes, regulations, and best practices
- Proven track record of successfully managing and winning tenders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management software
