Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets to derive insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support
- Create data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
- Continuously assess and enhance data accuracy, quality, and completeness

Requirements:
- Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical methods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A strong ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
