Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage the financial operations of our new diaper manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.Key
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivablePrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsManage payroll, taxes, and VAT submissionsPerform bank reconciliations and manage budgetsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and company policiesWork closely with management to provide financial insights and analysis
Requirements:
South African Citizen or Permanent ResidentBachelor`s degree or National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field3+ years of experience as a bookkeeper or accountant, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods environmentProficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong understanding of South African tax laws and regulationsExcellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTo Apply:Please send your CV and supporting documents to Rexorus Investment (Pty) Ltd
