Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Typing and preparing documents
- Compiling and organizing files
- Making copies and scanning documents, particularly for the Short Term Division
- Electronic saving and filing of various documents
- Retrieving files from the filing system
- Preparing renewal letters and loss ratios for personal and commercial lines
- Supporting the Short Term Underwriting Team with various tasks
- Performing any additional clerical or administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Administration: 1 to 2 years of experience
- MS Excel: 3 to 4 years of experience
Candidate
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- 3-Year Diploma or Degree (advantageous)
- Must reside in Port Elizabeth
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in a corporate environment (advantageous)
- Ability to read, write, and understand Afrikaans
