We’re on the lookout for 360-degree Recruitment Consultants based in South Africa to drive recruitment efforts for the UK blue-collar market. If you have solid international experience and are ready to take on the challenge of sourcing top talent for the UK, we want to hear from you! ?
At Energy at Work Projects, we have been delivering expert recruitment solutions for 19 years, and we’re looking for professionals who can handle the entire recruitment lifecycle – from candidate sourcing to successful placements. Client engagement and the ability to maintain positive business relationships is KEY! Our focus is on the blue-collar sector, where your ability to navigate international markets will be crucial.
Do you have what it takes? We need consultants who:
- Bring international recruitment experience – this is non-negotiable.
- 3 to 5 Years recruitment experience OR a combination of B2B Sales experience.
- Are skilled at managing a 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.
- Can successfully work with the nuances of the UK blue-collar sector.
- Evidence of previous commission earnings / ability to achieve targets.
