Requirements:
Must have at least 3 years previous experience in a Reservations role within a Lodge environment Proficient in using booking systems and be computer literate Strong organizational and time-management skills Have financial awareness invoicing and processing payments Be able to book flights and transfers to and from the Lodge as required Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, telephonic and via email Have a high level approach to customer service and guest delight Be an enthusiastic individual with a positive outlook Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask very well Have great interpersonal and people skills Must be able to work well within a team Be able to perform tasks with attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy Have a realistic understanding of bush life Live in position with a meal allowance and company benefits
