Our well known automotive dealer client based in Pretoria currently holds a vacancy for an experienced CRO.Purpose of the role:The Customer Relations Officer is the face of the Brand and Companys Approved Centre.To facilitate effective communication and feedback to insurance companies, customers, internalcompanies and dealerships. Building rapport across the organisation and with insurance companies,customers and suppliers to ensure sound work relationships to meet clients needs.The Customer Relations Officer plays an integral role in bridging the expectations of the customer betweensuppliers and the production environment by managing customer expectations accordingly.Academic qualifications:o Code 08 drivers licenseo MatricWork experience:o Experience in the Motor Industryo Experience in conflict and customermanagemento Panel shop experience will be beneficialKnowledge and Skills:o Computer literateo Ability to build relationships bothinternally and with external customerso Conflict managemento Proficiency in both spoken and writtenEnglisho Excellent excel, word and outlooko TMS and Autoline experienceBehavioural Attributes:o Good communication skillso Friendly, outgoing personalityo Ability to take initiativeo Ability to work under pressureo Service Orientationo Customer Orientationo Professional appearanceo Willingness to work flexi hours andovertimeo Good team player.
