Our client is looking for a experienced individual with Dealership Warranty and Aftersales Consultant experience. The position requires a detail orientated professional with strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Minimum
Requirements:
Matric or higher qualification Minimum 2 years experiences in similar role Code 8 licence Job Description: Process and validate warranty claims in line with FAW policies and company guidelines. Provide professional assistance to dealers and customers, resolving warranty-related inquiries promptly. Accurately input and maintain warranty claim records in the database. Generate reports and analyze trends to enhance the warranty process. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Work with Technical and Parts teams to address warranty issues. Support the aftersales team with data entry, filing, document management, and scheduling. Coordinate schedules to ensure timely service delivery. Handle dealer and customer queries regarding aftersales, warranties, and parts orders Personal Qualities required: Confident Proactive approach- anticipates issues and requirements Attention to detail Report & Presentation skills Team player Please note that only candidates with the required experience will be considered and contacted.
