Job Summary
Food Service Industry (FSI) Sales Manager required for a reputable manufacturing company based in East London , Eastern Cape
Minimum
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years experience in FSI / FMCG Sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership roles
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the food service supply chain and market dynamics.
- Education: Bachelors degree in business, Sales, or a related field (post graduate qualification is a plus).
- Passion: A love for the food service industry and dairy products!
- Other: Must have valid drivers license and be able to travel as and when required
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the food service market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with food service chains, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with customer needs.
- Stay ahead of market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
