Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Head Guide (Partner 1):
- Lead, coordinate, and participate in guest activities, tours, and excursions.
- Train, supervise, and mentor guiding staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure all outdoor activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Manage and maintain equipment, schedules, and logistics for guided experiences.
- FGASA NQF 4 & PDP.
Hospitality Manager (Partner 2):
- Oversee daily hospitality operations, including accommodations, dining, and guest services.
- Train and manage staff to provide exceptional service throughout all guest touchpoints.
- Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and address guest feedback effectively.
- Collaborate with the culinary and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- 4-5 Years experience.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Work together to design and implement memorable guest experiences.
- Contribute to marketing efforts through guest engagement and testimonials.
- Maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in guiding, hospitality, or tourism, with at least one partner having a leadership background in guiding and the other in hospitality management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
