Location: Remote (supporting Oxford, Mississippi operations)Job Summary:We are seeking a professional and customer-focused remote appointment setter tohandle inbound phone inquiries, schedule appointments for pressure washingestimates, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate willbe organized, personable, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Inbound Call Management- Answer inbound phone calls from potential customers inquiring about pressurewashing services.- Provide information about services offered and address basic questions.Appointment Scheduling- Schedule appointments for on-site representatives to provide pressure washingestimates.- Maintain and update the appointment calendar to ensure accuracy.Follow-Up Tasks- Contact customers after completed jobs to confirm satisfaction and address anyconcerns.- Record feedback and relay any customer comments or issues to the appropriateteam members.Administrative Duties- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, scheduled appointments,and follow-up calls.- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficientservice delivery.Qualifications:- Proven experience in a customer service or appointment setting role.- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.- Highly organized and detail-oriented with proficiency in managing calendars.- Familiarity with CRM tools or scheduling software is a
