Job Summary
Duties:
- Manage the vehicle new sales department
- Control varied activities at an optimal pace to achieve required targets
- Ensure sales and CSI targets are met / exceeded
- Grow market share
- Deal Builder
- Manage the frontline and administrative staff, ensuring all functions operate at optimum levels
- Control departmental expenses and ensure timeous payment by customers
- Ensure good relationships with the manufacturer, customers, service, and parts department
- Implement and maintain value-adding processes in the department.
- Motivate, Inspire, And Involve Sales Staff
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience on a managerial level within the automotive industry in same or similar role as New Sales Manager
- Motivational personality
- Able to create Sales using all methods, including social media etc.
- Team player
- Target/Goal driven
- Extremely good with client relationships
- Automotive experience ESSENTIAL!!!
