Job Summary
Company specializing in the design, manufacturing and installation of tailor-made, top-quality timber roof structures for the commercial, industrial and residential markets across South Africa, with a special focus on Roof Installations in Cape Town has a vacancy for a Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Perform duties according to Company procedures
- Invoicing of clients
- Payment follows-ups
Requirements:
- Construction Industry experience
- Roofing Industry experience will be an advantage
- Matric with Mathematics
- Mitek / Palmir will be an advantage
Salary:
- Basic
Salary:
R15,000 this is based on relevant work experience.
- Commission only payable if R800,000 turnover for the month was reached.
- Commission structure is based on 1% of the total turnover over R800,000.00 plus and the minimum GP% has been reached.
- Cell phone and Company vehicle for business use
